Reports To: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Market Area Manager

Location: Atlanta Metro

Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for recruitment? We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition & Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by handling all administrative tasks, building strong relationships with thought partners, and supporting the recruitment process.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer supports the full recruiting lifecycle for trade and indirect positions, from sourcing and prescreening through onboarding. This role partners closely with hiring managers, the Senior Recruiter, and Talent Acquisition leadership to keep the candidate pipeline moving, maintain accurate applicant tracking, and support hiring events across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Management

  • Source candidates daily across job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), iCIMS inbound applications, referrals, community/trade school partnerships, etc
  • Review resumes and applications, reject unqualified candidates, and send prescreen links to qualified candidates
  • Cold call candidates and schedule prescreens in partnership with the Senior Recruiter
  • Track and update candidate status through each stage of the pipeline (Phone Screen, Interview Requested, Interviewing, Offer, Onboarding, Started, Final Disposition) using Monday.com
  • Move completed hires and no-shows to the correct final status in iCIMS

Hiring Manager & Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and send interview confirmation communications
  • Follow up daily with hiring managers on interview outcomes and move candidates to the correct status
  • Manage the job requisition process — opening new reqs, sending approval requests to leadership, and reconciling open headcount with reporting tools

Hiring Events

  • Support end-to-end hiring event planning: posting reqs, setting up sign-in/scheduling tools, creating flyers, coordinating swag and event logistics
  • Source and invite candidates in the weeks leading up to each event
  • Staff events on-site: check in candidates, route resumes to hiring managers, track interview flow
  • Compile post-event data (RSVPs, attendees, offers) to analyze show rates and interview-to-offer ratios

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate data, system workflows and KPI dashboards (prescreens, interviews, hires, sourcing contacts) in Monday.com
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruiting recap materials for leadership meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administration and scheduling preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously and multiple business verticals across three states
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or similar), CRMs, Monday.com or comparable project management tools, recruiting platforms (i.e Indeed, zip, LinkedIn, etc) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for hiring manager and candidate correspondence
  • Sales experience is required.
  • Ability to work on-site M-F and at hiring events, including some evening or weekend hours as needed and travel to other states within market
  • Familiarity with trades recruiting (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) a plus
